How I handle your data when you visit my website, get in touch or buy something from me.

When you fill in the contact form, I receive your name, email address and, if you provide them, your phone number, website, Instagram, the services you are interested in and your message. I only use this data to answer your request and schedule an intro call. You automatically receive one confirmation email. This does not sign you up for my newsletter.
Legal basis: your request for contact, meaning the steps needed before we might enter into an agreement.
If you sign up for my newsletter, a free download or a challenge, I store your name and email address to send you those emails. You can unsubscribe with one click at the bottom of every email.
Legal basis: your consent.
If you buy a product, challenge or service, I process your name, email address, billing details and order details. I need these to deliver your order, give you access to the online environment and issue an invoice. I keep invoices for 7 years, as Dutch law requires.
Legal basis: performance of the agreement and my legal retention obligation.
If you book an intro call through my website, this is done via Calendly. Your name, email address and chosen time are stored there to make the appointment and send you a confirmation.
If you give consent, I use Google Analytics to see how visitors use my website, for example which pages are viewed most. Without consent, Google Analytics does not place cookies. I do not use this data for advertising and do not share it to track you on other websites.

I never sell your data. I do work with a number of services that store or process data for me. Agreements on security and confidentiality are in place with these parties.
Some of these services are based outside the European Union, for example in the United States. They work with the appropriate safeguards under the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data. You can also object to processing, restrict processing, request data portability and withdraw your consent at any time. Send your request to info@manonbroersma.nl. I will respond within one month.
Not happy with how I handle your data? You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. I would appreciate it if you contact me first, so we can sort it out together.
I take appropriate measures to protect your data. The website runs entirely over a secure connection (https) and I only work with reliable services that store your data encrypted.
I may update this privacy statement if my website or way of working changes. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
